If you are ever questioning if you should build a Tiny House and start living smaller or not, the answer is always YES!

It has been quite some time my last update. But that’s not because life has been boring. It’s because building an living in the Tiny House affords us a way of life that would be otherwise impossible.

For the past 2 years, we have been traveling again. Right through Asia. After living so many years in China. It has been amazing to be back in Asian culture. It feels more like home at this point than New Zealand.

Next year we are planning a trip through to Egypt and northern Africa, We are just hoping that things calm down in that area soon (for those reading this in the future, its currently 2026….)

All of this is is only something we can do because; to put it simply “we have everything already build to come back to”. We don’t have huge overheads. We don’t have to save for a house deposit. We don’t have to keep a tonne of money back for when we return to rebuild and buy everything again. We can just pack up and leave, and return later as if we never did.

Take the plunge. Every moment of stress that it takes, every problem, all leads to the freedom to actually live.

I’m not really sure when we will return to the Tiny House. I guess I’ll continue this blog when we do. But it might be a few more years yet.
