It is done! And it looks Van-tastic!

What do I say, it wasn’t as difficult as building the Tiny House. Building is also lot less stressful when you have no looming deadlines.

This van build cost me so little compared to buying one. Mainly because I was able to build all the cabinetry myself, and found all of the windows as unused stock very cheap. The fridge and bathroom sink shell were also found used. We built the curtains and curtain rails. We found all the vents cheap. Even the 12v / 240v fuse panel was found second hand. All in, this van cost me less that $3000 to fit-out. Which is just unheard of.

We had carpet mats made for it as well, it really just make it shine. It looks professionally built now.

I was going to make a pun about parking it up and leaving it in the driveway. But honestly, Both Gordon and I are about ready to quit our jobs and hit the road for a few months.
